Bus stop for the way to Agios Nikolaos is just in front of the hotel.
Bus stop for the way to Heraklion is a few meters on the left across the street.

 BEACH Please take note of the flag instructions as follows
Green: Swimming allowed
Yellow: Swim carefully
Red: Swimming prohibited
Please use your own beach towels. Towels in your room are not meant for beach or pool purposes and we kindly request not to remove them from your room.

 WATER SPORTS Available at the beach.

CAR RENTAL Contact the Reception Desk and our team will be happy to assist you with your booking through our co-operating car rental office, which provides our clients with many special offers.

 CHECK OUT TIME We hope you will collect many holiday memories. Unfortunately time passes quickly and we kindly ask you to CHECK OUT until 12:00 noon.
If you depart in the afternoon and you wish to keep your room longer, please contact Reception one day prior to your departure and our Reception Team will inform you if there is a possibility and the cost of it.

 CHECK IN TIME Check in (in room) begins from 15:00.
Our guests can check in earlier only if the allocated room is ready. Until then, you can leave your luggage in our luggage room and use all hotel facilities. Please inform us about early check in requests at least 1 day prior to your arrival.

 CHESS & PLAYING CARDS Please contact the Reception.

 COURIER Local and international courier services are available. Please contact the Reception.

 FAX SERVICE Incoming faxes will be delivered to your room. Should you wish to send a fax, please contact Reception.

 MAIL / MESSAGES

Incoming mail be delivered to your room. We are happy to post your outgoing mail, please contact Reception or use our business center

 NEWSPAPPER SERVICE Choice from a list at reception desk one day before.

 DRINKING WATER According to the Municipality the local water is drinkable.

 ELECTRICITY The voltage in Greece is 220 volt/50 cycles. Please note that the island of Crete occasionally has power-cuts. The complex is equipped with generators, which will start operating immediately to avoid any inconveniences.

 FLOWERS Flowers may be ordered through the Reception Desk.

 FIRST AID KIT Contact Reception.

 HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE Daily cleaning from 7:00 am to 15:00 pm and evening (turndown service) 18:00 pm to 21:00 pm. If you have any special requirements, please contact Reception.

 IMPRESSIONS In order to help us improve our services, please submit the questionnaire found in your room to the Reception Desk.

 INTERNET WI-FI: Free access to all rooms.

 KEYS Please do not forget to return your Key Card to the Reception when you go out and especially not on your day of Departure.

 LAUNDRY/ DRY CLEANING / PRESSING

Please fill in the laundry form and give it to the Reception.

 LOST & FOUND Please contact Reception immediately, should you have lost something. It is in your own interest to lock the door when leaving the room and deposit your Key Card at the Reception Desk.

 MAINTENANCE Should there be any technical problem in your room, please contact Reception.

 MEDICAL SERVICES Please contact Reception (avail. 24 hours a day) should you require medical attention or advice during your stay.

 POOL The pool will be available for your enjoyment daily between 8:30 am to 18:30 pm.

 PAYMENT All Hotel bills are payable upon Check–Out, or as previously arranged. We accept VISA , MASTERCARD.

 RELIGIOUS SERVICES Please contact Reception for information.

 SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES We recommend the use of a safety deposit box for your valuables, as the Hotel’s Management cannot take responsibility for the loss of money, jewellery or any other valuables left in the rooms or in the public areas. Your valuables should be kept in the safety box in your room, which is available against a small weekly fee.

 TAXI SERVICE Please order your Taxi at the Reception well in advance. In our experience it can take up to 15 mins. for a taxi to arrive during high season.

 WAKE UP CALLS Please contact the Reception.

 WELLNESS AREA Come to relax and invigorate yourself in our Wellness Area, where you can also get in shape at our Fitness Room.

 

 GASTRONOMY In KATRIN SUITES we pay special attention to our Gastronomy with the aim of offering our Guest the best products with a touch of creativity.

 EARLY BREAKFAST Please contact Reception the previous day until the latest 08:00pm.

 BREAKFAST LIST & BUFFET MENU opening times 7:30-10:30am Our breakfast menu & buffet is created from a careful selection of products. You can choose from a rich variety to start your day!

 LUNCH LIST A LA CARTE opening times 12:00-18:00pm Lunch is served daily at the Main Restaurant next to the Swimming Pool.

 DINNER LIST & BUFFET opening time 19:00-21:30pm Our dinner menu & buffet includes a wide variety of dishes.
We would also appreciate it very much if you can refrain from carrying any kind of food out of the Restaurant.

 DRESSING CODE We would kindly like to advise you that it is not allowed to wear short trousers in the Dining Room.

POOL BAR opening time 10:30-18:00pm You can enjoy a variety of drinks and cocktails, coffee and light snacks from our menu list, in a wonderful environment around the pool.

 BAR opening time 18:00pm - 01:00am Enjoy your favourite drink in a cosy atmosphere.

 LUNCH BASKET Please contact Reception the previous day until the latest 08:00pm.

 ROOM SERVICE operates 08:00-21:00 We offer everything from a quick & homely snack to a dinner course.
If you have any particular dietary requirements, we will do our utmost to accommodate you and plan a special meal.
